Experience Estrella's gated area near golfing, bike trails, ponds, and more in Goodyear like a local in this 3-bedroom home. The 3176-square-foot space features one king-size bed suite for the Primary and two guest bedrooms with queen-size beds. With four bathrooms, guests enjoy plenty of privacy and convenience. Cooks' dream kitchen opens to the living room for ease of conferences and looks out the 16' sliders to the spacious patio and watch the fountains on the pool or enjoy the lighted up pool at night. Whether you’re unwinding in the living room or preparing dinner out on the grill for an evening under the stars, you won't be disappointed when you make your vacation a stayvacation because you don't want to leave. No pets allowed due to my husband's allergies.The home went through an extensive cleaning that costed $1800.00 this will be your fine if you bring one
No smoking allowed, and if it is determined that smoking took place in the house, there will be a $1,000.00 fine to the guest and cancellation of stay
