Amazing fully stocked chefs kitchen- double ovens, 6 burner gas cooktop. All bedrooms have comfy Tempur tops and smart TVs. A perfect location for your Arizona getaway. Only 0.8 miles from the State Farm Stadium, Desert Diamond, Westgate, Tanger with tons of local restaurants and adventures avoid traffic and walk to your event!

In Summer the ecobee can be adjusted to a low of 70 degrees to prevent the A/C from freezing.

Pool cover for heated pool usually November through April depending on outside temperatures. Pool needs to be covered over night to maintain heat. Prime times to swim in the winter months are 11am to 4pm, heat pump runs continually but works best when outside temps are above 40. Temps range from about 82-85.

Exceptional host and home!

Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with all necessities and more. Pool area was amazing. The location was perfect for our annual football trip.with friends and family.
