Spring break vacation with family

We really loved our stay in this home. It is a beautiful home, very comfortable and has everything that you need for your stay. My husband and I stayed for over a month, and we had friends visit as well as daughter and teen granddaughter. The pool/hot tub are great, the back yard is beautiful and there are many games to play in the evenings. Chris is very responsive by email or text for any questions. I definitely will stay in this home again and rate it a 10/10.

Wonderful place to stay
What can I say that already hasn’t been said. Chris’s place was more than we expected. We had a great stay. We stayed for 12 days and we never got bored. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and watching the golfing behind the house. We had 2 little ones and they felt at home. Will definitely be booking again.

Great stay for families!
This was an incredible place to stay. We were in town for a sporting event and the location was perfect for our stay. The home accommodated our group of 8 comfortably. It was clean, organized, well stocked, and inviting. We felt comfortable using all the amenities. Chris was responsive to texts and questions right away. He was very accommodating and kind. We would absolutely reccomend this property and host again.

This beautiful ranch home in Mesa is everything you and your small or big family will need. It is accessible for people with elderly or people with disabilities, wonderful for teenagers, or younger children, and comfortable for any age. The homeowner is incredibly efficient, organized, and has seriously thought of everything you could have in a home to make it feel like you’re HOME. It also is a fantastic location. If you are here for sports and events, there is highway access is right around the corner. I was looking at three other properties and I’m so glad I booked here! Thanks, Chris!

Beautiful Home and Great Neighborhood
This property is exactly as advertised. The home is beautiful, it was very well stocked with dishes, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc. The pool is top notch and has seating for around 10 outdoors with a covered area and a large flat screen. There are lights around the pool area that automatically come on at night, sets the vacation mood. Also the neighborhood is very safe. We felt totally comfortable and it is close to everything.

Great East Mesa stay
Stayed at the home for the thanksgiving week and enjoyed our stay. The property is nice clean and in good working order. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fall AZ sun. The owner is very responsive and easy to talk with.

Great Stay
Our family loved this house!!! House was stocked with EVERYTHING, including pool toys which my boys really enjoyed. Pool was great and the added bonus was that we didn't have to pay to heat it. Communication was great with owner and renting the jeep was a breeze. House was spacious and provided plenty of room for our family. House looks just like the pictures, was was very clean when we arrived. We will be back!

Had great interactions with Chris and helped with any problems we had. Enjoyed the warm pool and 🥵 hot tub everyday. House was stocked with everything we needed and very clean when we arrived. Great to rent jeep in garage, so didn’t need to go to a car rental . Nice to have kids playground within walking distance. Had a great stay and would likely rent again. Thanks, Gerald

Perfect family retreat
We loved this house- single level living was perfect for our family of 10 including grandparents. Pool was great and the crown jewel of the location- we loved not having to pay extra to heat it everyday. Close to the freeway to get to other locations. Was nice having the leftover extras in the kitchen and not having to start from scratch on condiments, cutlery, etc. Owner was great to work with- no surprises. The pool lock on the sliding door is broken- I would be nervous to have a toddler at this home until it is fixed.

Fantastic house, very well equipped with all your needs, kitchen, bath, pool, laundry etc. super quick response and communication with owner. Spacious kitchen with lots of elbow room, great views of the golf course. We would def come back!!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and the owner! This trip was exactly what my family needed--the house was pictured as is, if not better! Chris was incredibly easy to work with and provided us with access to the car prior to our check in time. Before leaving I looked to see if we could book our next Spring Break trip and the house was already booked!

Beautiful home and backyard
Our family had a wonderful experience at Chris's home. The neighborhood was quite. The backyard had a nice size pool and a large hot tub. The backyard area was impressive with patio furniture and nice lighting. The view of the golf course was nice and the yard still felt private. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. The house was clean an spacious. We would love to spend more time at this property in the future!

Excellent property!
Family of 6 (4 kids) from Colorado - stayed for a week at this amazing house. We are avid travelers and have rented tons of houses over the years. This one is definitely in our top 3, most likely #1! It’s modern and updated, yet you don’t get that “walk on eggshells” vibe where you’re scared to damage something (kids 😏). The supplies are ENDLESS! Seriously…this house has almost anything you could need, already there. Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, Q-Tips, lotion, cotton pads. Household items: hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, sanitizer, laundry supplies, paper towels etc (I did a load of laundry every day!) Food: condiments, coffee/sugar, baking supplies AND leftover liquor! - plus there were plenty of drinks in the fridge left from previous guests. Towels and blankets galore! Floaties, bug spray, games and even some toys. Next, the beds were AMAZING! So comfortable and beautiful bedding/sheets. The pool…what can I say, it was perfect! With 113’ weather we used the pool constantly. The misters were absolutely necessary and I will never rent another house in hot weather without them! The fruit trees! Another unexpected but awesome treat. Limes, pomegranates (not ripe, but so impressive) and even an orange or 2. We love to travel but being a larger family it’s usually far too expensive these days. We are absolutely grateful for this week we spent making memories, playing games and just relaxing together….all for a decent and affordable price that we appreciate so very much. Thank you, Chris!

This home was so well equipped with anything you could need. The pool over looking the golf course was family fun for everyone. There are plenty of floats, misters to keep you cool and string lights that make night swimming nice. Communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend this family friendly home.

Perfect vacation home for a family
We loved so many things about this house! Location was close to everything and the neighborhood was clean and well kept. My youngest daughter loved the huge bean bag in the office bedroom, we loved all of the amenities supplied by the owner too. Shampoo, soap, towels, laundry and dish detergent, food in the pantry, condiments in the fridge. You really don’t have to bring much to stay at this home. We loved having 4 outdoor loungers with the water misters to keep us cool and I also loved the sound of the pool waterfall. There were a ton of pool floats to choose from and 2 pumps for inflating them. The owner really has thought of everything when stocking this home for renters and we really appreciated it all.

Our group consisted with 3 woman. We traveled from Iowa. The property was very clean. We were able to check in early. All essentials were well stocked. Beds and sheets were very comfortable. It is located in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are very close but we did not notice them all week. Outdoor area was great. Several different seating options. Pool was clean and water temp perfect for 100 degree heat. We have stayed at other rentals and this was one of the best. I would love to stay at this property again.

Awesome place
