-CENTER POINT: Our SiestaTownhome is a center point between Tempe Downtown (3.5 miles) and Mesa Downtown (4 Miles). It is just 7 miles to the famous Scottsdale Oldtown and 13 miles to Phoenix Downtown.
-ASU: 2.2 miles to ASU and Downtown Tempe (famous Mill avenue, many excellent restaurants, and good nightlife).
-METRO/LIGHT RAIL: less than 1 mile to two Light Rail Stations “Price-101 Fwy/Apache Blvd” at 0.6 miles and “Smith-Martin/Apache Blvd” at 0.9 miles. - Second Bedroom: We call this the “Classical Bedroom”. This is the first bedroom you'll find when you enter the hallway. We included a Twin-XL bed with a pull-out Twin -XL bed. When this bed is pulled out, it converts into a KING-sized bed. This bedroom fits 2 adults. It has a Ceiling Fan.
- Third Bedroom: It has a very tall ceiling. It has a Queen-size bed with a trundle under-bed (Twin size wide). This room can accommodate up to 3 guests. It also has a mirrored closet that contains a 3-chest drawer with some toys for kids. The room has a Ceiling Fan... Plus, it has a surprise for those kids who love dinosaurs!
With respect to the two Bathrooms: - The first bathroom is in the hallway and features a bathtub (with assistive handlebars) and a shower handle. - The second bathroom is inside the Master Bedroom and features a shower (with easy access, shower seating capability, and assistive handlebars). See photos.
The Living Room: The living room has very tall ceilings. It features a real fireplace, a 43" flat-screen TV, and a Futon that can accommodate 1 person.
The enclosed Patio: It features a large BBQ grill and a round outdoor table with 5 folding chairs. It also contains a misting system for hot days. The patio is shaded with a metallic lattice (pergola).
PARKING: The Townhome has 2 assigned (and shaded) parking spots. The complex also contains several visitors' parking spaces. Many of these can accommodate very tall and large vehicles.
LINENS: We provide freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishes, dishwasher, and hand soap for short stays.
LAUNDRY ROOM: It includes a large-sized Washer and Dryer.
---- ABOUT THE COMPLEX and SWIMMING POOL: The Townhome is part of the well-known “University Ranch” complex. It is well maintained and kept green all year round. It has outstanding grass areas with very tall trees. It has a gated Community Swimming Pool with a Hot Spa and a Ramada for events. The swimming pool is only accessible to the community residents. We provide the key and Pool Towels. The swimming pool is not heated. The spa is heated. The swimming pool is open year-round from 5 am to midnight.
---- IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES: (additional house rules in Rental Agreement)
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests must sign a rental agreement prior to Check-In. Once the reservation is made, the rental agreement will be provided via email.
NO SHOES in the house: A shoe area is provided at the entrance.
NO PETS ALLOWED: We are diligent to inform about our strict "no pets" policy – no animals of any kind. There are no exceptions, so please don't ask. To ensure compliance, immediately after guests depart, all floors and furniture are inspected with UV light to clearly expose any pet urine. Evidence of pets at the property will result in an automatic charge of a $500 fine from the Security Deposit.
BED ACCOMMODATIONS: We arrange the beds and provide towels in accordance with the number of guests under each reservation. Please contact us in the event you need a particular bed arrangement.
TOWELS: Please do not use the regular bath towels for cleaning objects, hair dye, or make-up removal. We have provided cleaning cloths under each bathroom sink, the laundry room, and the kitchen sink. These are in case you need a cloth to clean shoes, golf clubs, or certain objects.
BBQ GRILL: If used, the BBQ grill needs to be returned in clean condition (please note that the cleaning fee does not cover cleaning the BBQ Grill). If the BBQ Grill is found unclean, there will be an automatic charge of $30.

This was a wonderful place to gather with old friends and catch up. The place was squeaky clean, with comfortable furniture and beds, in a great location. The owners responded instantly to the few questions we had, were pleasant and extremely helpful regarding local restaurants and grocery stores.
The property is very cute, clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located near Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, and Phoenix. The decorating is simple and attractive and appears to have a recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is well enough equipped though it could use a new coffee maker. It is advertised as sleeping 11 which is true. However, the casita is too small to comfortably accommodate 11 people. We had 6 adults staying there for 1 week. More than that would have been tight. I can’t comment on the pool because the weather was not warm enough to swim. All and all we had a very enjoyable stay at Casita Arizona.
The Martinez Family's Casita Tempe was the perfect jumping off point for our family of 8. The casita itself was very clean, cozy, and well stocked for accommodating our large group. Our family enjoyed the time we spent there!
It was also a perfect location for us to get to Gilbert, Tempe and Chandler quickly. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice perk as well.
We would definitely consider staying here again especially considering the personal attention and prompt replies we got from the hosts. They were super attentive and helpful not only during our stay but in communicating all along the way. The Martinez Family knows what they're doing as hosts!
The location was good and the facility itself was good. The only 2 things was the patio lights did not work the second day and when the door was open a very strong smell came into the apartment. It smelled like septic tank.
We visited family and the location was perfect! Close to highway, airport, and everywhere we had planned to go. Very clean and great for young children .
This is a very nice smaller property and it received a 5 star rating. 2 things I would improve would be the mattresses in bed rooms 2 and 3, they are not very comfortable. The master bed is very comfortable. The second thing would be the shower knob in master bath, it’s difficult to turn off and tends to drip. Other than that this is a very nice smaller unit.

The casita was wonderful... we felt at home and it was centrally located so our outings were easy to reach. Luis and Carmen were attentive and delightful hosts! Will definitely contact them for housing in the future!
The property was clean, and comfortable and in great condition. The improvement suggestions I have: The master bath shower handle is difficult to turn and should be replaced, there were 5 beds that did not have blankets, and there was only 1 trash bag in the kitchen. I think there should be enough to get through a weekend. Overall, the house is nice! Thank you!
Property is in a very good locations. We stayed four days for a golf trip and it was perfect for that. Tons of great golf within an hour of the house. The pool and hot tub are a great touch as well. It will hold up to 11 but it can be tight if you plan to stay inside the whole time but it is Arizona, no need to be in the house all day. 5/5 for sure. I would definitely stay there again. Make sure to check out the Mexican restaurant down the street. Would be really good for groups or families with 10 people or less but still fits 11.
Used the home as our base to explore Phoenix for 2 nights. Everything was very clean. Kitchen was easy to use for meals with a Safeway nearby. Walkable restaurants close to the home. Bathroom faucet is quirky but you will figure it out with the explanation in the organized binder. Communication with owner was fast and accurate. Would rent this home again if in the area.
We had an awesome staying the kids really enjoyed their room with the bunk beds and the games, there was a big dinosaur in the room which the kids loved, they thought it was super cool!! I loved the kitchen and how utensils and everything you needed to to cook was provided. The comfort of the mattresses on each room was excellent, the pool had full access and the kids enjoyed every single minute. Overall an outstanding service from Mr. Martinez and wife. I will definitely recommend staying here and most definitely this will be #1 option for my family to stay here again.

Family stay for ASU Graduation
The property was clean, well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The location was exceptional for getting back and forth to the ASU campus and within five minutes of excellent restaurants and shopping. The property managers were very communicative and kind. We had absolutely no issues during our stay and look forward to our next visit to our Tempe home away from home!

PLeasant people and delightful place to stay.
Most gracious hosts (they baked us a cake) and condo exactly as advertised which isn't always the case. Clean, private, updated, well-provisioned and responsive hosts. We'd definitely stay again and look forward to further exploration of a fascinating area. Geographically well-positioned to reach the east-side mountain scenic drives and hiking trails without battling Phoenix traffic...thanks for the experience.

Our home away from home.
We were very pleased with our stay. Home was in a nice, clean, safe development close to amenities. We found all clean and in order and enjoyed preparing family style meals after a day of hiking...nice place to come home and relax. For myself, the bed is very important and I was able to sleep quite comfortably. My thanks to our hosts Luis and Carmen.
