"Walked up to the room to check it out before I brought my stuff up and sure glad I did because I flipped the light on inside the door and it didn't work so I found another light turned it on and seen 2 cockroaches run across the stand and I turned around and walked right on out. Still waiting on my refund"

"We interacted with 2 staff members. A woman ( with a cute dog) and a gentleman whose name was Javon, I believe. Both incredibly friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy, as was checking out. Room was clean and quiet. Small bathroom, but loved the double-head shower. Very nice hot breakfast. Better than what you usually expect. Bagels, eggs, sausage and a lot more. Parking was fantastic. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again."

"First check in was slow. I asked about the shuttle for the next morning to be told it doesn’t run on Mondays and Tuesday won’t be starting until 11am. I had asked about a 4am shuttle. Next I was told about the breakfast starting at 6.30 am? The towels and linens were clean and fresh but the toilet was not. No hot water that evening but there was the next morning. A/C was noisy and didn’t seem to work other than to blow warm air. It was quiet on the sixth floor. First and last time for me."
