  • Stylish, secure 1BR apartment in downtown Phoenix — king bed, queen sofa bed, sleeps 4. Ground-level unit in a gated courtyard complex with one designated off-street parking spot, private patio, in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. Eufy smart lock check-in, high-speed wifi, and two 58-inch Hisense Roku TVs.

    Empress features a private full bath with bathtub and shower, central air and heat, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay: king bed plus queen sofa bed, full kitchen with drip coffee maker, cookware and dishes, in-unit laundry, hair dryer, iron, and streaming TVs in both the bedroom and living room.

    Gated courtyard access. Private patio. One designated parking spot included. Additional vehicles may park on the street with advance notice.

    Ideal for medical professionals, business travelers, relocations, and anyone exploring greater Phoenix.

This was the best stay, perfect location along with amenities that were needed for the stay.. a little noisy but nothing the average person can’t deal with.. will definitely be booking again in the near future, parking as well was perfect.

This rental was justvas seen in the pictures, everything was pristine, basically brand new. Nice location in a family oriented neighborhood, with a nice little family owned market 2 blks down, also a few blks from the main street, and like 10 mins from the heart of downtown.. trust I'd stay there again if its available....
