Welcome to my lovely mountain preserve home hosted by myself, with years of experience and hundred of great reviews from past guests!

This single level 2300 sf home has been completely remodeled with modern and elegant finishes! It’s Walking distance to Phoenix mountain preserve trails and minutes to shoppings/restaurants! Quiet and wonderful family neighborhood is perfect for your family getaway!

The space

This home is my personal home for the past 3 years and all the furniture remains at the house for your enjoyment. Please respect everything in the house as they are my personal belongings and please take care of my home like you would with yours.

Upon entrance in the living room I have a beautiful pool table and an upright piano that my son used to play. Primary bedroom is very spacious and it’s separated from the other bedrooms. It has its own AC unit for additional cooling.

I have a Tesla EV charger in the garage, it’s free for guests to charge during the day if they have a Tesla or other EV.

Things NOT do use/do:
- NO loud talking/yelling in the backyard
- Do NOT use fireplace
- NO plastic bag/foam/trash in the recycle bin
- NO glasses in the backyard near the pool
- Do NOT adjust any pool equipment
- Do NOT leave children unsupervised in the backyard AT ANY TIME!!!

My neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors have lived there for a long time therefore please respect and observe quiet hours and no loud conversations or music in the backyard please. Your quiet enjoyment is the key for me to continue to offer short term rental.

Please conserve energy and turn off all lights when you leave the house. The outdoor lights have dusk to dawn sensor and they come on automatically no need to turn off switches for them.

Guests have access to the entire house except one small closet in the master bedroom which I use to store my personal belongings. I also have some items in the garage but you can park 1 car in the garage.
Other things to note
Please keep the thermostat setting between 74 to 78 for cool and 68 to 70 for heat. We have very dry weather so these range will keep you comfortable and also recommended by APS local power company. Appreciate your effort in conserve the energy and water.
