  • The Dakota Chandler Unit 1 is a brand new 1842 sf, 3 bed/2 bath bottom floor duplex in the heart of Downtown Chandler and is walking distance from the Farmer's Market held each Saturday, Chandler Center for the Arts and multiple restaurants and bars in case you don't want to cook in the fully stocked kitchen provided. This is the type of place that you will find is centrally located to many family friendly adventures or just 2 blocks from having a quick nightcap. You will LOVE The Dakota Chandler!

    Want to head to the pool and be waited on poolside? You can easily obtain a Resort Pass at San Marcos Crown Plaza which is walking distance from us and right in downtown.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the Dakota Chandler near downtown chandler. The house is brand new, very clean and spacious. It has such a spacious living area of which we really appreciated for entertaining. The highlight of our trip was the proximity to down town Chandler which is within walking distance. We also got to enjoy a resort pass for the Crowne Plaza San Marcos pool.
