Desert Oasis - Heated Pool, Putting Green, Lots of Parking

Newly remodeled gorgeous single-story home on a private corner lot, bright and open, perfect for any family to relax and have an energy-filled vacation. Close to shopping, spring training, ASU, thriving downtown Gilbert, Scottsdale, and everything Phoenix has to offer. Pool, putting green, 3 car garage, large driveway for extra parking. The home has a split floor plan to help separate parents and kids or multiple families.

If you need a vehicle while in town check out my Turo which can be delivered to you at the airport (Skyharbor or Mesa/Phoenix Gateway) or will be at the home for you! Two vehicle options Tesla Model Y Performance and 2022 Toyota Tundra Hybrid Platinum Edition.

Incredible get away!

This house is absolutely beautiful, with so many things offered to do inside as well as outside. Very close to many fantastic food options as well. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!

Awesome property

We stayed here for seven days and had a blast. Our daughters enjoyed the foosball table and arcade games while we all enjoyed the pool and putting green. The house was very clean upon arrival and has everything you need for cooking. It is located in a great spot and is close to everything, especially SanTan Village. Owner is super responsive to any questions and highly recommend everyone to stay here.

Great location and house for family

Great house to stay at with your family. Lots of green space and parks nearby, easy to get to the 60 and the 202. House itself is very comfortable for family, and the pool is a great bonus!

Great Place To Stay

If you are looking for a place in a quiet neighborhood yet close to shopping, dining, groceries, etc, this is the place for you. The house is very clean and has a nicely stocked kitchen. The pool is a nice size and heated. The sunshade and umbrellas were much appreciated too. We will definately stay again!

Graduation trip

The house is super comfortable, very clean in a nice quiet neighborhood. We have grandkids not far away so we were able to have a family pizza night outside with swimming. Truly a very well layed out floor plan with comfort and privacy. Wish we had been visiting longer but maybe next time! Highly recommend

The house is wonderful. It is a quiet neighborhood with stores and restaurants around the corner. It was perfect for our family. It is well stocked with everything one needs. When we return to Gilbert, we will definitely stay there.

Great girls getaway

We had an amazing time at Cottonwoods Crossing. The property is just as it looks - perfect. Location is great for airport and getting downtown Gilbert. Would definately recommend!!
