  • Freshly remodeled desert-chic styled home in the middle of Tempe in the central part of the Valley. Location is less than a 10 min drive to Mill Ave, ASU, and Downtown Tempe. 12 min drive to PHX Sky Harbor Airport, and perfectly in the middle of I-10, US 60 and the 101 Price Freeways. Only a 5 minute walk to the bus & a moderate walk to the light rail. Nearby: ASU, Cactus League MLB, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Cardinals practice facility.
