Great Stay!
We spent three weeks in this condo and it was awesome! It had everything we needed, the location was great, and communication with the owner was easy and prompt. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay. Thank You Melanie!
We booked this VRBO after our first choice was sold out from under us, with less than a month before our trip to graduation in June. But we could not have asked for a better experience. Communication with the owner was first rate. The home was well cared for and provided more than ample space for the two of us and our dog. The neighborhood was quiet, and getting around Phoenix was easy due to freeway proximity. Given the time of year, we particularly appreciated the ice and water dispenser in the refrigerator door and the blackout curtains in the bedroom! We'd happily stay here again.

Pleasant Place
The unit is clean and well stocked. We did not have to go pick up any standard items from the store. Even had soaps and shampoos in the shower for our stay. Our stay was peaceful nights, no crazy noises or loads neighbors. We were close to the freeway, so getting anywhere was easy. Thank you Melissa for a very pleasant place to stay and relax.

Perfect spot for a golf weekend
Clean, quiet, well-equipped, and easy to get to. Perfect for our weekend golf-centered getaway to Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe. All conveniences are close and the host is very easy to reach. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Location
We stayed for 4 weeks and found the property to be the right size for us. It was quiet and the neighbourhood was great for walking our dog. We were a bit disappointed that there really weren’t any restaurants or stores within walking distance but there were plenty within a short driving distance. Melanie was easy to reach which was great since we had one issue to resolve when we first got there. Melanie was quick to address and make the situation right by us. It is a great place to get some quiet time and like a lot of Phoenix area properties there was no grass area to lounge but a small concrete enclosed yard which does not really appeal to us. Getting around was easy because of the short access to the 101 loop. A car is a must if you stay here!

Perfect Ironman Spot
This location is about a 10 minute drive from Tempe Town Lake where the Ironman was and a much better option than a hotel for 4 people and a dog. The place is clean and has everything you need! Beds were comfortable, couches were comfortable, kitchen is stocked with the essentials for cooking etc. Melanie even provided a welcome gift basket with cliff bars, nuts etc and a cool triathlon themed mug that she took the time to find for us knowing we were there for the race! Overall, our stay was great! The only things that could be slightly improved was that the door to the parking area doesn’t latch when you close it so you have to lock it each time. Not the worst thing but if someone forgets to lock it the door could just be ajar. The only other thing was the internet wasn’t the greatest. These were minor things in our experience though. We would definitely stay here again!

I'd use it again!
Clean and comfortable. Everything worked, like water and cooling system. It was quiet and had any amenities we'd need. I'll probably look to see if it's available next time I go to Scottsdale!

Summerfield 2 bed condo
We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. My daughter joined us for the first weekend we were there and we were all very comfortable. The unit is nicely appointed. We particularly enjoyed the miles of greenbelt located just West of the complex. There are miles of public parks for biking, golfing, frisbee golf or just walking our dog. Very nice!

Great little place!
Hosts made the entire process very easy. Had a few questions ahead of time - Melanie responded quickly and clearly. Condo was clean and nicely furnished - essential items were included and the beds were comfortable. She even changed the bedding so us men didnt have PINK comforters! All in all - exactly what I expected - will definitely stay again next year!

Perfect little condo for South Scottsdale stay
This 2 bdrm, 1 1/2 bath condo is ideal if your looking for a quiet place to stay while you’re in the South Scottsdale area. For my needs, the location is excellent; it is very close to the 101 and the 202 freeways, making getting around town or to the airport quick and easy. I like to bike when I’m in the area and this property has easy access to the Greenbelt and the Pima trail which allows you to travel long stretches while staying off busy roads with lots of vehicle traffic. As far as the unit itself, the initial impression is terrific. Compared to other vacation rental I’ve stayed out of similar age, everything seems clean and fresh and well maintained. There are a lot of very nice “homey” touches around the condo which make it feel very comfortable. The furnishings are tasteful and in very good condition. The bed was very comfortable and there was great closet space. I cooked quite often during my 2 week stay at the property and the kitchen was more than adequate. The only thing I was disappointed with is that the community pool was not heating. I was looking forward to using the pool during my stay but the water temperature was uncomfortably cold. The owner and manager of the property, Melanie, was wonderful to work with. She was very good at responding to any requests or inquiries I had both before and during my stay. Melanie clearly is trying to do a great job with her property and wants to give her guests an excellent experience.
