Worst nights sleep
The place was very clean and cozy. However the bed is NOT a California King and it’s the hardest bed I have EVER laid in. Might as well have slept on the tile floor. Tried the sleeper sofa, hoping that would be more comfortable. It was awful with springs pressing through and the horrible hard as concrete bed was better than the springs filled sleeper sofa. Was attending a training seminar for the weekend and definitely needed my night’s rest, which was not obtained. Maybe a down pillow topper would help, but that would probably be very hot to sleep on. Just a thought. The pool was pleasantly cool, but the mosquitoes were terrible…so we did not enjoy the pool. The shower ran out of hot water. We appreciated the host, but the bed ruined our stay. If you like a FIRM BED…this is the place for you!!

Stephanie, I am so sorry you did not sleep well. The bed is a California King bed all the beddings and label are California King. The mattress is an expensive Tempur-Pedic mattress. It is different if you are not use to it and to be honest everyone who has stayed there that is the 1st thing they comment on is how comfortable the bed is. As for the mosquitos, that is a hard thing to control especially after the storm. We do have repellents outside for use. I will make sure to leave some in the casita for future guest use so it is not an oversight, I have nothing but positive reviews as you can see, and this is the 1st time anyone has mentioned anything negative about the bed as it has always been positive. I am so sorry you could not sleep well, thank you for staying with us.

Unique and extraordinary experience
This is an exquisite property, with lovely paths through the grounds including a beautiful fountain, Roman swimming pool and Spiritual Garden, in addition to multiple dining and lounging areas. The casita itself is charming and spotless. Our little dog accompanied us and we were give permission by the ever- accommodating Anna to use any and all parts of the backyard. We chose to meet her two dogs who were adorable and had fun playing with ours. If there were more stars to award I would!

Beautiful Property
Great place for my wife and I to take a break from working everyday and raising a small family for a weekend. Its kinda like having a master bedroom room on a mini resort.

Garden Paradise
The pool isn’t really a kids pool, so we didn’t end up using it but otherwise, it is a gorgeous property. Better than the photos. And the two little dogs who hang out in the yard sometimes are adorable and so friendly. They were a hit with my kiddo.

Beautiful oasis in quiet neighborhood
This is a gorgeous guest house situated on lush, landscaped grounds near the main home. We appreciated the large, open-plan casita and all the lovely amenities that guests are welcome to use: pool, gym, lounging areas. The hosts were very quick to respond to a small request we made and everyone associated with this property was friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great property and location
Casita was just as described and pictures online. Had everything we needed for our stay. Anna was a great host and we enjoyed playing with her sweet dogs! Property was beautiful, and close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. We may never stay at a VRBO without a toy poodle welcoming party again!

cozy, comfortable casita
Very comfortable room with beautiful courtyard and plenty of propane heaters for cool nights. We visited in February so the heaters were a bonus. We stayed 2 weeks and that was a bit long due to absence of stove/oven. However, there is a propane grill readily accessible. A well stocked fitness room also readily available. Owners responded quickly to minor plumbing issue with the sink. Owners recommended great local restaurants as well. I would stay here again for a short 3-4 night stay.

Brought my dog!
This property is completely fenced in, so we could let our dog out without worrying. The owners were amazing, and the guest house was adorable. Had a coffee maker, little fridge, and a microwave. Highly recommend, I will definitely stay there again.

Property is in a great location, quiet local, central to many outings. The hosts were very helpful when contacted. The casita is charming and nicely stocked with supplies. The yard is quite stunning and we enjoyed the bonus of having access to Adam’s well equipped gym.

The casita was a wonderful place for us to land during a busy holiday week. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. Our senior pup loved Anna’s dogs and we enjoyed our morning playtime with them as well. If given the opportunity we would love to stay again.

Better than pictures. Like staying at a botanical garden.
We booked 2 nights for my husband to rest after getting a pacemaker at a nearby hospital. The room is roomy! Great TV. Loved the large bath shower area. The pull out refrigerator drawers were cool! The yard is beyond amazing, we snapped lots of photos. Lovely pomegranate trees, statues and pool. The two micro-poodle pups were a bonus. (We asked if they could come play)! They lifted my husbands spirits. Best VRBO we’ve stayed at to date. Worth every Penny.

Perfect!

Amazing little hideaway
Absolutely gorgeous place. Extremely clean. This was our first experience doing something like this and after staying here will definitely do it again. I would recommend this place to anyone and if we go back we will hope this place is open.

The gardens are amazing. This property would be fabulous in Oct. Unfortunately I had a funeral in Aug. with 111degrees. The owners were very responsive when I had a problem with the TV. I would definitely stay again if I was out that way.

A Beautiful Oasis
My family and I had a wonderful extended weekend. This property is truly special. Aside from being extremely beautiful and peaceful, it was incredibly clean and welcoming. It has a home feeling, so it felt like being home away from home. The owners were accommodating and gave us plenty of space and privacy. The pool is private enough surrounded with grape vines and other lovely trees. Plenty of nice hang out spaces with sweet views of fruit trees and giant palm trees. The decorations around the property were also gorgeous and unique. Will recommend and can’t wait to return. Thank you!

Lovely accomodations
This property was just perfect for my husband & I. The casita has everything you need and the owner's property is just beautiful. There is a fountain right outside the door and we loved leaving the door open to listen to it. Very easy communication with the owner and also easy check-in and check out. If we're ever back in the area would definitely stay again.

Stayed a couple of nights while in town for spring training. Nice little casita in lovely backyard setting, which we would have appreciated more if the weather had been warmer. Lots of beautiful places to sit and enjoy the sun. Nice neighborhood. Owner very helpful Comfortable bed. Minor issues: the odd little built-in fridge cabinet was very noisy, and it would have been nice to have bedside light both sides of the bed.

Quiet Retreat
I really enjoyed my stay in Anna's Casita. The neighborhood was very quiet and I felt very safe staying there by myself. Anna and her family were very welcoming and helpful with a few items that I requested. The grounds are really beautiful and although the weather prevented me from being outside to really enjoy it, the nice windows brought it all inside for me. The two small (very) things that could have made it a perfect stay: better toilet paper (theirs was the thin, scratchy kind) and more Kleenex. There were only a couple in the box so I ran out right away. No big deal as I picked up a box when I was at the store. I hope to stay here again on my next stay so I would definitely recommend to those considering Anna's Casita!
