Overall the place was nice and clean. The listing was a little inaccurate. The listing shows a washer but didn’t state it had to be shared with the main house. This info was provided after I booked the reservation. There was a washer and dryer in the garage and was first come first serve with the main house. The weather was mild during my stay, so using a washer and dryer in the garage was not uncomfortable, but I wouldn’t want to use it during the hotter portion of the summer
The kitchen had pans, utensils, and any items you need for cooking.
I came across the people staying in the main house a few times. They were always nice. They were playing loud music some afternoons and early evenings, but turned it off or down before 9 PM.
The entire neighborhood was quiet. There was one dog across the street that would bark occasionally but I don’t remember hearing the dog after 9 PM.
There is a gym walking distance from the property. It was only 15 mins to Mill Ave and 15 mins to Scottsdale Fashion Square.
There were some contractors working one morning and I was advised the day before. They showed up around 5:45 AM and were making a lot of noise which woke me up. The owner advised that she didn’t know they would work that early and gave me a refund for one night. In an age where customer service seems to be going away, it was nice that some people still understand the value of being service oriented.
I would stay there again.
