Great stay!

This was a great home to stay in. The accommodations were great, close to lots of grocery stores, shopping and quick access to major highways. Chris was great to work with. The pool was nice and warm. We enjoyed ourselves immensely!

Great VRBO spot

This was a great 3 bedroom house with a cute, heated pool and patio area! Very clean and great neighborhood close to great food, Target and other shops. We scored on location with this one! The owner was extremely personable and reached out to talk with us more than once! Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this property and would stay here again. The home was well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils. The property was clean. It was a little too cold to use the pool.

Great Neighborhood

My first priority is safe neighborhood and it didn’t disappoint, clean and property was as advertised. Had everything as far all the little extras you needed in the kitchen, linens, games etc. Chris was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Lots of great retail and restaurants close by. Nothing better than great Mexican food out west! We also grilled one night and the kitchen has every thing you could think of for cooking at the house.

Awesome stay!

I was a delegate at an international conference in Phoenix, and opted out of the conventional hotel option for this. Was I ever glad that I did!!!!! What a beautiful property, taken care of so nicely. Very comfortable, with all the amenities. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Location. Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed here in July, and enjoyed it very much. Chris the owner was very quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had. The home has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, you can't even hear street traffic, but very close to shopping. We loved it and will certainly stay again if Chris will have us. Would love to check out your condo in Hawaii.

Great Stay in May!

The house pics and the description are accurate: this is a great house, in a great location, with everything we needed to have a fun and relaxing vacation in the sun. It's a quick and easy trip to and and from the airport and the town is easy to find your way around (with everything we needed for the holiday). Chris was great to deal with and was very quick to help out if needed. We felt that this house was a home and we quickly settled in and enjoyed a great vacation. Thank you, Chris, we'll be back!

Such a perfect getaway!

I have stayed a week in Dec 2014 and just flew back home after a 4 day stay. This home is so inviting, very clean and maintained. The pool is beautiful and the backyard is set up for relaxing and enjoying your family, friends, or quiet time alone. Chris is the nicest, most accommodating owner! He makes sure the house is ready and stocked with the items you'll need to feel right at home. I will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

Chris was great to work with, VRBO had not sent us our check-in information by the time we arrived in PHX, so I shot a text to Chris. Within minutes he called and emailed me the information directly. Any questions I had while here he answered very promptly. The house is nice and clean, the neighborhood was very quiet and our kids enjoyed the heated salt water pool. Anyone looking for a comfortable VRBO in a good location with shops and restaurants nearby should consider this property.

Chris was an excellent host. He made sure everything went smoothly, from check into check out. His home is clean and spacious! The pool was great . Plenty of pool toys. My favorite was the chair float. If we ever come out to this area again I hope I will be able to rent this home.

Excellent retreat for the ladies

This home was the perfect place for our girls retreat. We go somewhere every spring and these accomadations were perfect. The pool was clean and the perfect tempature with all the necessities, nice towels, excellent lounge chairs, pool floats, shaded areas and misters. The home was very clean with all the items we needed for the kitchen. The owners were the best I have worked with and we have rented multiple VRBO homes. The location of the home is convenient to everything. The yard is very well maintained and quite nice. We would love to return and stay again.
