  • Newly renovated from top to bottom! Step into our modern and inviting home with 4 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, workspace, and in-home laundry.     We have 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The place can accommodate up to 10- 12 people easily :)

The house is exactly as the pictures. Perfect. Plenty of space for our large groups of varying ages. We were in town for a wedding and this let us stay together without crowding each other. Host was wonderful. Play was clean, spotless and like staying in an HGTV home.

From the decor to the most comfortable beds! This place was so amazing . The house was supplied with cookware , coffee, water and snacks. I can’t believe they even had Laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion . Basically all we needed was food to cook. They even supplied the spices and cooking spray. This place was perfect for our family . We plan to stay again.

There were four of us in Phoenix for a golf trip. The location was super as it was close to the airport and centrally located in the metro area for easy access to courses and local attractions. The only mild negative is the immediate neighborhood; just slightly rough around the edges but we had zero issues with that. In other words, it's not Scottsdale Old Town but the rate was great as was the place and the host.
