Overlooking the 16th fairway of Red Mountain Ranch Golf Club, Casa Mesa is a beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. With stunning views of Red Mountain, thoughtfully curated décor, and a resort-style backyard, this home is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy everything Mesa has to offer.

Step through the front door and you'll immediately notice the attention to detail throughout the home. The spacious living room features a gorgeous oversized sofa that invites you to settle in and stay awhile. Just off the living area is a formal dining area that doubles as the perfect spot for family game nights. The split floor plan offers privacy and convenience, making it ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together.

Continue past the living room, and you'll find the fully remodeled kitchen which is stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. You'll find a large island, dining area, coffee bar, walk-in pantry, and a variety of small appliances, including an air fryer. Coffee lovers will appreciate the drip coffee maker, Keurig, and De'Longhi espresso machine, making it easy to start each morning exactly the way you like.

The primary suite occupies its own private wing of the home and is truly a retreat unto itself. This oversized bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, dedicated workspace, and expansive windows overlooking the backyard and golf course. A beautiful antique-inspired sofa provides the perfect place to relax with a book or enjoy the view. The ensuite bathroom offers dual vanities, a separate water closet, walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and a luxurious soaking tub.

The second bedroom is located just down the hall from the living room and includes a king bed, television, and ceiling fan. A convenient half bath is located nearby.

On the opposite side of the home, you'll find the third bedroom, creating excellent separation for guests. This room features a king bed, desk, and views overlooking the putting green. A full bathroom is located just outside the bedroom.

The backyard is where Casa Mesa truly shines. Spend your days swimming in the private pool, relaxing in the spa, practicing your short game on the putting green, or challenging friends and family to a game of cornhole. Multiple outdoor seating areas provide plenty of places to gather, while the outdoor television makes it easy to catch the big game without missing a moment of Arizona sunshine. Climb up to the balcony to enjoy spectacular mountain views and unforgettable desert sunsets.

Whether you're here for golf, hiking, spring training, family time, or simply soaking up the Arizona sun, Casa Mesa offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and outdoor living.

The pool and spa can be heated for $60/night, or choose spa heat only for $25/night.

Sleeping Arrangements ~
Primary Suite: King bed, dedicated workspace, sitting area, ceiling fan, golf course views, ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tub, separate shower, water closet, and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3: King bed, desk, putting green views, and easy access to the second full bathroom.

Amenities ~
Free WiFi is included for the duration of your stay. All televisions are Smart TVs and ready for you to stream your favorite apps. The home also features a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, walk-in pantry, outdoor television, private pool and spa, putting green, cornhole boards, multiple outdoor gathering spaces, and breathtaking golf course and mountain views.
Community Amenities ~

Guests have access to the Red Mountain Ranch community amenities which include picnic areas, a playground, a basketball court, a volleyball court and two pickleball courts. No reservations necessary, all community amenities are first come, first serve.

Location ~
Conveniently located in the upscale golf community of Red Mountain Ranch with hiking trails, walking and bike paths just steps from the front door. Minutes from AZ-202. Just 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and 20 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport. The neighborhood is close to restaruants and shopping, as well as a variety of cultural and educational activities. Don't forget to check out the Salt River and our favorite lakes: Canyon and Saguaro.

Parking ~
Parking is limited to three cars, up to two vehicles may fit in the garage, there are three driveway spaces available. The HOA is very strict and does not allow trailers, commercial vehicles or RV's of any kind.

Additional Information ~

To finalize your reservation, we email a rental agreement for you to complete via eSign and undergo ID verification through Truvi. This verification process ensures compliance with local city regulations for short-term rentals and helps us provide a safe and secure stay for all guests.

Guests are required to provide their email address to Red Mountain Rentals for delivery of rental agreement for esignature via email.
