Awesome Stay!
This house was perfect for our recent family visit to Apache Junction. We enjoyed having such a spacious and teen friendly place. We are hoping to rent the house again next year. We really loved our stay!

Great Trip AZ
My family and I stayed at this home while visiting friends in the Apache Junction area. The home was very large with a great pool and hot tub. The views from the backyard of the Superstition Mountains were amazing. Huge game room and large living and entertaining areas in the home. I would definitely stay here again.

The pictures are definitely make the property look way better than it is. The view of Superstition mountain is stunning. The pool and game room are great. Now for the rest. We were greeted by about 45 dead bugs in the main toilet area, an unclean microwave and black hair on the floor. The caretaker did offer to come clean. I said forget it. The cushions around the pool and sitting are are very dirty and the umbrella at the pool is broken. The 2nd day at the home, the front gate would not open. Had to call the caretaker and she gave us the code for the garage. Had to go through a stinky hot garage for the next 4 days. They did offer to fix gate if it was absolutely necessary. The master shower is not safe for anyone with disabilities. The master bed was hard as a rock and did not adjust like the listing. There was no propane for bbq and bbq did not work properly. There is NOT a pizza oven. It is only an outdoor fireplace. Overall, I would have NEVER spent the amount of money I did for a run down property and worn out furniture. This place needs a complete overhaul before renting again. There has been no attempt to reimburse us for anything but the propane.

Really enjoyed the stay I had in Apache Junction. The pool had some amenities that were a little overlooked, but overall it was an amazing experience. Everything I needed seemed to be at my fingertips.

Nice House
Location was great . Grandkids even got in pool!! Back yard needed some attention. The stink weeds were out of control because of all the rain. But everything else was Great.

Great rental experience
The house exceeded our expectations. It was very well stocked with coffee, kitchen items, and general toiletries. We really enjoyed the game room and backyard amenities, as well as the view of the Superstition mountains. In fact we all agreed the pictures don't do justice to the view. Only negative is how far it is from central Phoenix, but that also meant the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Convenient to Renaissance Faire.
The rooms were comfortable. Plenty of room for various activities. Table was great for board game night. Everyone enjoyed the views from the back yard. And the hot tub. Only had a few problems, but that was figuring out a new place. It was convenient to Ren faire but a farther out from Phoenix than I expected. We all had a great time.

Misleading and spent extra money for supposedly included things a lot of bugs
The home could be nice with great environment has great potential but sliding door was off track and is broken. Dish washer threw codes from day one so had to wash all dishes all umbrellas at pool broken the pool was nice, The hot tub area was pitch black to steps were lite up no lanterns or oil , lights, spent a lot of money to have to mop a nasty floor first day with rips and snares in carpet bugs every where in the house I had to pay cleaning fee which I would like refunded along with propane fee of 28.00 plus partial monies simple inconvenience I have to skies and was looking for close place for frequent four day weekend breaks plus great area and I am retired 100 precent disabled vet retired in 2019 spent hard made money for all this trouble requesting partial refund thanks for listening.
