"Casa de Palmas" Paradise Oasis w/ Diving Pool,BBQ & Fire pit

  • An exquisite retreat wrapped in swaying palms, featuring a breathtaking dive pool, alfresco BBQ and a serene cul-de-sac setting bordered by walking trails. Indulge in a beautifully appointed interior, fully stocked kitchen and backyard that defines resort-like luxury. Blocks from fine dining, 8 minutes to Goodyear Ballpark, 18 minutes to State Farm Stadium and Outlet malls, 20 minutes to the airport.
    Pool not heated. No pets. No smoking.

    The space
    This home is located at the very end of a quiet cul de sac. Next to the home is a large green space with walk ways which connect to parks and adjoining neighborhoods.

    There is a very large great room with adjoining dining room. There is also a smaller dining room attached to the kitchen as well as a bar top with 4 barstools.

    The sliding door to the backyard is equipped with a child safety lock and automatic closing system. The pool offers a diving board, deep area and shallow area with lounge steps. There are umbrellas and umbrella stands to offer shade.

    The bedrooms have plenty of closet space and furniture to store your personal items. Bedrooms 2 an 3 are on their own wing with a bathroom. The Owner's suite is on the other side of the house with a large private bathroom.

    The kitchen is stocked with every kind of appliance, cooking and baking tool you could need.

    Located within 5 minutes of fine dining and downtown Goodyear Square, 10 minutes to Goodyear Ballpark, 17 minutes to Tanger Outlet Mall and State Farm Stadium (home of the Cardinals), 19 minutes to downtown Phoenix, 20 minutes to the Airport and 40 minutes to Scottsdale.

This home is absolutely gorgeous and exceeded all our expectations! Communication prior to arrival was perfect - all the necessary information to arrive and gain access. Michelle is an incredible thoughtful and gracious host. You will find everything you could possibly want in the home - fully supplied kitchen, pool towels, you name it. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the nearby walking path. Our stay was perfect and we'll absolutely book this home again if we are staycationing in Goodyear.

Casa de Palmas is the perfect rental. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location; it is on a dead end cul-de-sac with green space beside it, and the neighborhood is upscale and very quiet. There is in-garage parking. There are restaurants and shops nearby. We used the home as our base for multiple day trips, with easy/quick access to I-10 within 5 minutes. The pool is huge and has a diving board - it was a great way to wind down at the end of every day. Lastly, Michelle was the perfect hostess - great communication, checked in regularly to make sure we didn't need anything, and was very helpful overall. We will definitely stay here again when we're back in the Phoenix area. Highly recommend!
