Modern Guest House in Great Central Location!

  • Beautiful modern guest house located in the heart of north Phoenix! Quick drive to Old-town Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, down the road from the Waste Management PHX Open and centered between nearly every Spring Training stadium! This location allows you to see and do it all!

    House sleeps 4-5 adults comfortably and offers additional baby/kid-friendly accommodations.

    The guest house sits at the back of the main property offering privacy and a quiet environment. This is a separate unit with private access on the side of the property.

    Please note for Reviews: As of April 2026, access to the main house pool and/or backyard is no longer available.

Amanda and Tony were wonderful hosts, very attentive and quick to communicate. The place is clean and efficient. They really put alot into detail for guest comfort. There is a private drive to a private dwelling. Complete privacy in a quiet neighborhood. I would stay again.

the home was clean the towels and beds were clean however, the cook ware was old and greasy, we did not use any of it which was disappointing as we had hoped to cook more microwave in inconvenient space in the bedroom with the 2 twins, the pool motor was too loud in general, a good stay parking off street is great nice quiet neighborhood nearby stores are easy

Great location, nice guesthouse

We had a great stay at this guesthouse. The location was very convenient and the host was responsive and knowledgeable. The pool was a welcome respite for our 12 year old son and the guesthouse met all our needs.

Convenient Location, Friendly Hosts

This property was exactly what we needed for our stay. It feels like a separate space from the owners' house, but they were very responsive if we had any questions. We didn't use the pool, but it looked lovely. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well designed.

Perfect in every way!

Roadrunner Estates East was perfect for our us! Great location and the hosts are exceptional. The home was so clean and spacious. The location is great and in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here for a visit to the Phoenix area.

Very clean and nicely stocked with bottled water, coffee pods, laundry soap, lots of towels and blankets. Great 12 day stay with gated parking in nice neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. Appreciated the interior design elements and the quiet guest house.

Beautiful space!

The hostess is wonderful! She really takes care of the guest house and is very pleasant to work with. The home is beautiful and the small touches and attention to detail makes it very welcoming and comfortable to stay in. We would definitely stay here again!

In town for 2 nights for an event. The guest house was perfect. Access was easy, communication was excellent and the house was immaculate. I would highly recommend.By the way, really comfortable sheets on the beds!

Very clean property. Nice neighborhood. Host was very responsive and accommodating. I had perfect weather but guesthouse was well equipped with new AC units in every room for hotter days. Thanks for the stay!

Would recommend

Clean, quiet neighborhood, the hostess is very responsive and accommodating. It is a bit of a drive if you're looking to head into the city but it was good for us as all we did was golf around Scottsdale. If im ever in Phoenix again, no doubt I'll be staying here again.
