A four-seater golf cart is included, along with access to Sterling Grove’s Social Club amenities, including three resort-style pools, fitness center, spa and steam room, tennis and pickleball courts, and on-site dining. Just steps from the condo is an 18-hole putting course available to Social Club members with no tee time required.
Recreation equipment is included: everything from cribbage, poker, and Scrabble to tennis and pickleball gear, croquet, bocce, and men’s and women’s golf clubs. No need to pack your clubs or buy equipment when you arrive.
The home includes a private enclosed garage with space for one vehicle plus your included four-seater golf cart.
Sterling Grove Golf Club is a private club. Golfers will find excellent hybrid and public-access courses a short drive away, including Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia, Granite Falls Golf Club at The Grand, and the award-winning Verrado Golf Club.
