Benchmark in Phoenix

"The hotel decor was lovely and all of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious as well as the drinks by the pool. If you pack large suitcases I would recommend asking for the first floor. Overall everything about the Kimpton Miralina was wonderful! "

"Courteous staff, clean rooms, lovely property and pool. The manager happened to be about when we arrived at our room, and greeted us, welcomed us, and encouraged us to ask for his assistance if needed. Our place was much like an apartment sized Air BnB, complete with washer, dryer, and dishwasher. We received a welcome basket of snacks, water and needed kitchen/laundry supplies. There are always snacks, water and coffee available for free near the front desk. The rooms are spacious, but a bit out dated as far as paint and decor. Located in a safe area, the property is gated with a code. The room doors also use a code. The rooms are not cleaned every day, unless you request that.The only drawback we had was that no one is on duty at the desk late evening or early morning. We only saw a maintenance man cleaning the outside area after hours, and he could not help us with our questions. "

"Nice, spacious clean room. Onsite restaurant for dinner was just ok, breakfast restaurant was good. There's a shuttle to the airport that runs every half hour, so very convenient for flying out of Phoenix airport. Onsite fitness center and pool were nice amenities."

"The room was spotless with plenty of amenities. We loved the suite we had. It was very comfortable and roomy. We plan on staying here again. The only drawback was the lack of parking. I am handicapped and often the handicapped stalls were taken by cars with no handicap hang tag or license plate. When we told the front desk, they said they would inform their manager, otherwise there was nothing they could do. That was disappointing. "
