Christmas in Phoenix.
My parents, daughter, and myself came down to visit my sons who are 19 year old twins, and just moved to the area for school. They were home for thanksgiving, and just started new jobs, so we decided it would be easier to come to them for Christmas, we are from MN. The home was perfect and made Christmas feel much like it would back home. The pool did not heat, I was most likely not doing it correctly, but the hot tub was perfect and exactly what this mom needed! It was great to have our own space to enjoy Christmas together. The host were more than accommodating and answered questions immediately, even with it being a holiday. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Great place
This was visit #2 for us. The house is near our daughter's home where she lives with her three babies. The spa and pool were a welcome activity for the kids and adults to share experiences at Christmas time. Thank you for your hospitality!

Happy Days Hitting Some Warmth
We love spending holidays with family and your home provided that perfect place for my hubby and I to have a home-away-from-home. Central location was great and place was nice and clean; and despite that it was a bit cooler this year, we were still able to use the pool and jacuzzi (a treat)... and my hubby played around on the putting green for a bit, too. Nice touch. There were only two notes we wanted to make, 1) water pressure in the master was a bit low but still worked for us and 2) beware of neighbors as branches and an old box had been thrown over the fence, which fortunately did not make it into the pool. We got rid of those. All in all - great place and would come back :+) Thanks too, to Sabrina, for quick responses to a few queries we had. Loved it!!

Great House!

Property was very clean and so well stocked which I really wasn’t expecting that. I packed so much that I didn’t need too this beautiful house had everything! Our family had such a wonderful time enjoying the pool and spa. The house felt like a home and well kept. Memories were made. Sabrina and her husband were best! Great house/location

Arizona is too hot!
Not all of the house cleaned, there were crumbs all over kitchen counters, dog/ cat hair on all pillows on couch and the pool was full of leaves.

I am so sorry for your experience. I have shared this information with our house keeper. The crumbs and pet hair are unacceptable. I do wish you would have let us know at arrival so we had the opportunity to rectify the situation so your 10day stay was more enjoyable. Wind and dust storms happen causing leaves in the pool. We have pool nets there for guests to use. The pool guy comes weekly.

Clean and comfortable
I have stayed in countless Vrbos and this might be my favorite! Clean spacious house with TV's in all the right places lol. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything your need including spices etc. Pool and hot tub was super awesome and relaxing. Backyard we a geat place to chill and BBQ too. Neighborhood was clean and felt safe. When we come back to Phoenix we will most likely stay there again.

As Always a Great Place to Stay
This is our family’s second stay at the property. We wholeheartedly enjoyed our stay again. The home has had a few updates since last year with the new hardwood flooring throughout the bedrooms & main area. Our family took great advantage of the pool with the warm weather (high 80s-90s) and if not in the pool, relaxing in the chaises reading a book under the covered structure. Before the trip—Great communication with the owner—they respond very quickly. We had zero issues during the trip and did not need to reach out to them. This is definitely a location that we recommend and look forward to staying at again.

Great home for us and our pup during our winter getaway!
We enjoyed our extended stay and are so thankful for the opportunity to bring along our Labrador retriever. The house was perfect for us and for gathering with our family who live in the area. The HOA park was very nice & convenient to walk our pup every morning & evening. We explored lots of great hiking trails all around Phoenix, including a day in Sedona. The Hot Tub was a big hit with one of the coldest winters in years! Sabrina & Kurt were very responsive & Craig was quick to help out when needed. We highly recommend this home, especially for pet owners and families. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

Absolutely perfect
We decided to stop buying "things" for our kids, but instead we invest in "memories." With that said, for Christmas this year, we rented a VRBO with a heated pool and spa. This place fit our memory criteria to a "tee." (Pun intended.) Our grandbabies came over every day to enjoy the hot tub with us and also enjoyed the putting green. Additionally, they were able to interact with our furfaced family members!! Win win win. Also, the amazing speed of returned messages was a huge bonus. Many times, questions were answered within seconds! I would go again in a heartbeat! Thank you for your hospitality!

Property located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. curb appeal was great, but that was just the beginning. Interior of the house was warm, inviting and the amenities were just awesome. but hold your breathe because once you step outside to the backyard, you will be hooked. very pleased with my entire experience at this lovely home. The owner's were awesome. although i did not need them for much because everything was in order, they were very prompt in my email transactions. I hit a homerun with this oasis.

Perfect for a summer trip!
House had everything we need for a long hot baseball tournament trip! Kitchen was very well stocked and the pool was great for cooling off after long days at the fields. Very clean and a great central location to the MLB Spring training facilities.

Quiet & Relaxing Vacation Home
Our family’s search in VRBO for a vacation home with a heated pool kept becoming narrower & narrower. As well as more and more outside of our price range for our time frame. Luckily—we accidentally found this property. After reading the previous reviews, triple checking that the heated pool was included and reviewing the price & payment timeline—we asked to be booked for our vacation. We were very happy to have found this property— We enjoyed the heated pool throughout the day—morning, noon & night. It’s a very comfortable home for a family to unwind after golf, zoos, etc It’s a quiet of neighborhood. Any questions that we had during the trip were emailed to the owners & quickly answered. We will most definitely vacation at this property if it is available when we travel back to Phoenix.

Great location for various activities
We had a great time staying at Kurt & Sabrinas house. Enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Nice quiet family neighborhood where everyone seemed nice & had no issues. The house is located close to lots of restaurants & grocery stores to choose from. If you like Pizza we found Barros pizza to be really good! Also a short drive away is the Glendale stadium for football & hockey & other events. You're also centrally located for all the major league spring training ball parks. The house has everything you need to enjoy & relax during your stay. We especially liked the new Keurig coffee machine they had so much that we came home & bought one just like it from Costco since our old one went on the fritz. Hopefully we will be back next year.

Comfortable House in a good Location
We were so pleased with our 4 week stay at Kurt and Sabrina's lovely home. It's well situated in a neighborhood that has easy access to all the highways and most any store you might need. It is well equipped with amenities including a very nice grill and lots of TVs. They had also provided a few extras you normally don't see like a lighted make-up mirror. The few times we needed to contact them, the response was almost immediate. We will definitely be back.
