The property offers maximum privacy; set back from a quiet neighborhood road by a long driveway, enjoy a dip in the (unheated) pool which is surrounded by a walled-in pool yard, or put on some sneakers and watch the quail, jackrabbits, and local lizards frolic on over an acre of gently landscaped desert yard. Inside is everything one needs to feel at home. Among the two and a half bathrooms there is a luxurious walk-in shower or a bathtub; there's a spacious home office stocked with board games and a variety of reading material; a full kitchen featuring nearly any gadget a guest needs to cook basic to gourmet at home; a flat screen TV, and a modern open floor plan throughout.
