Perfect Getaway Home
This house was Super clean, charming , comfortable and the couldn’t beat the location within 20 mins of almost anything. Hosts were very responsive and super easy to work with! Would definitely recommend and or stay here again.

Lovely house!!!
This house was perfect for our spring getaway. Easy check-in process. The location is in a very nice neighborhood, within blocks from grocery stores and dining. Also a short driving distance from several hiking trails. The pool was the perfect temperature. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic area and pool was awesome. Only negative was propane tank for the barbeque was empty which I paid to have filled.

Loved the space and fully stocked kitchen
Very easy space to live in and great location. The hosts were very attentive and proactive. I cook a lot so really appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The pool was also a nice plus.

Absolute Paradise
House was more like a HOME! Everything you need is right there and everything is so close! Freeways, stores, ballparks, casino and restaurants galore. The property managers went above and beyond when I didn't know how to use a "Smart TV" and needed help to not miss out on the baseball games! The pool was amazing! I will be back again next year for sure! Love Love Love this place!

Came down with my wife, two small boys and my mom. House was great, pool was nice. Only thing I would change is a high chair being at the property for babies, however that such a small detail is doesn’t take away from the overall rental experience at all. Location is solid.

Nice place for a family visit
We stayed here for Thanksgiving. Very spacious (especially nice with little kids). The kitchen was quite generously stocked. We enjoyed using the pool, which was comfortably heated. Definitely would consider staying here again. The nitpicky issue I had was that there were no lamps in any room. So that meant using the overhead lights if you wanted to sit in bed or be in complete darkness.

Everything was simple and easy. The only downside was the trash was overflowing in the garage and we ran out of toilet paper. But everything was great overall!!! Would stay there in a heartbeat again.

We had such a great time at your place! The price is great especially for the homes size. The location is so convenient and the neighborhood feels safe and is very clean. You’ll love the quiet Cul-de-sac. The neighbors were friendly, which is somewhat surprising since often neighbors aren’t fond of short term rentals. Therefore Craig must be running his rental right and be well respected by his neighbors. I already tried to book it for an upcoming stay but it’s booked. Hopefully we can stay there again in the future. Thank you Craig.

Wonderful Home, Location, Amenities!
We had a very nice stay at this Property. Home was exactly as described and located in a great area - close to grocery stores, restaurants and freeway. Owner was wonderful to communicate with and responded very quickly to any question we had. Pool and back patio were wonderful - we spent a lot of time there. Would recommend to anyone and would happily return if in the area again!

Overall good experience. Owner responsive and helpful. One definite plus is the owner heats the pool free of charge - we found this difficult to find with other rentals. We appreciated the 87 degree pool, especially because we didn’t have warm weather while there. Thank you for that! Liked that the bedrooms were separate from the master, allowed more privacy. The alarm was annoying just because we forgot a lot to push the bypass button, and it’s very loud. But this is a minor detail and didn’t impact our stay. One of the sinks in the master bath has a clogged drain. It was mostly unusable cuz it clogged right away. Suggestion would be to have more than two lounge chairs since the house sleeps 8. There were 4 of us and on the one sunny day we had we all wanted to lay in the sun. Thank you for a nice getaway.

Thank you for the feedback. We try to keep drano under the sink or in the laundry room in case it is needed. If not we can get some over there to take care of it. We are very sorry the sink was clogged. Please don't hesitate to bring things like that to our attention so we can take care of it immediately. Thanks again for staying with us.

House was great and owner was always quick to respond. House was clean but the floors left all Our socks and feet black. Had everything we needed for a few days away.

Thank you for the feedback. We do have the floors cleaned between each guest. We have found it very hard to keep floors clean in the desert with all the dust in the air. Very sorry for your experience with the floors. Thank you for staying with us.

Location! Location! Location!
Arrival was very smooth. Everything worked as promised! The home was designed for privacy - perfect for the grandparents separate from the parents and small children. Accommodation for children (PaknPlay and back door alarm) made the week so easy and worry-free. The alarm was no issue.. you press a button on either side of the backdoor to dismiss alarm for 10 seconds while entering/exiting. Easy! The kitchen had everything we needed to pull off a Thanksgiving dinner and the pillow top mattresses on the beds were AMAZING! But as to the location - morning walks to the lake with the kids; groceries, etc. in the afternoon or evening. All very handy. Owner was very quick to respond when we had questions. Excellent host! Great property, sparkling pool and comfortable patio area. Will return! Thanks, Craig and Denise!!

October Getaway
We enjoyed our stay. Everything was seemed clean and tidy. The alarm going out to the back, even though it is necessary, was definitely aggravating. Maybe if the outside button was working it wouldn't have been as bothersome. I was unable to enjoy the mornings out back with coffee before others woke up due to the fact that if I came back in to freshen my cup the alarm would have sounded and woke the others. The house could use a fresh coat of paint, but that didn't affect our stay any. The intake vent by the bar area could use a little cleaning. May be issues that could bother other guests. (We own a construction company so those are things that I notice!! Just a quirk of mine!) That's the only reason I bring them up. They may question how clean the rest of the house really is or if it is just surface clean.

This is a very beautiful home and the owner was very quick to respond however there are only 3 bedrooms instead of 4 and the house was not clean, though it wasn't disgusting it wasn't clean either.I would recommend the home

I have looked on my listing for where it says 4 bedrooms. I only have 3 listed that I can see and the first line of the description says "3 bed 2 bath home". In the 3 bedrooms there are 4 beds and that's why it sleeps 8, but we also explain that. We have a great cleaning service and always get great remarks on the cleanliness. They did clean before this guest as well. The guest let us know it wasn't clean and we quickly responded stating that was unacceptable. I then requested specific details and/or pictures about what wasn't clean. She was unable to provide any evidence. Feedback is always welcome as we want the place to be very clean when you show up. We still don't have any idea what we can improve on because we have only received very vague information as you see in the review.

Beautiful property, great location
Lots of room for three couples, comfy king beds. Two car garage is a plus.. Three grocery, a drug store and restaurants all within walking distance. Easy access to major highways. Good value.
