  • Relax in our 2022 built custom 1000 sqft single story 2bd/1ba house and 1 twin size sofa bed. This is a very private and well-maintained detached house in 1 acre property located at the BACK RIGHT SIDE of the owner's house. This is totally a separate building for total privacy. You will be blown away with spacious quartz kitchen island, modern fixtures, big bathroom with luxurious RAIN SHOWER, SHUTTERS, comfortable HYBRID mattresses and HYPOALLERGENIC luxury pillows. There is a pickleball shared with other guests/owners, players need to sign a waiver form. There is no lights at the Pickleball court, only play when the sun is up.
    Located in the heart of the East Valley, Gilbert, Arizona about 3 miles from 202E Freeway, 25 mins away from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and 15 mins away from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.

All items inside the guest house are accounted for, please make sure nothing is accidentally taken from the property. All things, toiletries, supplies and amenities, shall remain inside the property.
Please text the host at 480-612-3019 upon check-out from the property so we can start the turn-over process for the next guest/s, thank you so much.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
