About this property
~Heated Pool/Spa, King bed, Amazing Backyard & Location! Hiking, Biking, Parks
- This home is only 1.2 miles from all of the wonderful offerings of downtown Gilbert -amazing restaurants, bars, Hale theater, shops and Saturday Farmer's Market. The property has a resort style backyard with stunning landscape, a Pebble Tec Pool ($30 per day heating is optional) Hot Tub and industrial misters to cool you off. There's also a sectional with a fire table to gather around in the evenings (watch the video in the video section!). We have comfy Leather Reclining Sofa's, Smart TVs and Wifi. We provide a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal or warm up your leftovers (can you say Air Fryer?!) as well as an Outdoor BBQ, Washer and Dryer. If you have little ones, we provide a Pack and Play, Toddler Bouncer, portable high chair and a Baby Monitor. There's also an alarm on the french doors that can be turned on so you know if your little one is trying to get out back. There's so much to do in Gilbert with plenty of parks, hiking, biking, golf, shopping and fun to be had. With both airports close by (less than 10 miles from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and 22 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor) it's easy to get to and from the house once you arrive.
