The Unit feels large and is neutrally designed with a comfy sectional couch that you can cozy up to the gas fireplace with and play games or watch the superbowl on the 65 in Smart TV! There is a workout facility and Free wifi. It's Dog friendly as well.

It's a fabulous location, close to Golf, the Light Rail, Restaurants and Biltmore is very close for upscale shopping.

So comfortable and great hosts

This is an excellent unit. Very comfortable. Great layout with lots of privacy between bedrooms. Everything you need is provided, and the hosts are very responsive. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Great location

Very nice property, I usually like to cook on the road, but this place was close to everything, so I barely used the well-appointed kitchen. Very quiet and the second bedroom made a great office space. Hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. Next business trip to this area I will definitely stay here.

The condo is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owners were above and beyond with excellent communication. The pool gate was an issue but that situation got resolved very quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This condo was in a nice location for our trip to help our daughter move out of college for the summer. Very nice layout and all the comforts of home. Pool was close by the unit which was a plus. Beds were comfortable, great communication with owner. Would definitely stay again!

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was provided! We had no issues. We hiked to a different location each day and found the location close to so many trails! Groceries weee close by and we spent a day at the pool which was warm and peaceful! The communication with the hosts was excellent! We would definitely stay again! Thank you so much for a lovely week stay!

Comfy and Clean

We had a great stay! The host was great with communication and did everything to make us feel at home. The beds and living room was very comfy and the kitchen was well set up. The neighbors were quiet and kind. It is in a gated community. The pool and hot tub must have been closed for the season but that is outside of the host’s control. Bathtubs need to be replaced and the AC is a bit noisy.

Get away from Hospital Room

Rented this place to have a place to shower, nap and get away from hospital. It was quiet, nicely appointed and a quick drive from Saint Joseph Hospital. Host had everything there that we needed. We never had a chance to use the pool or other amenities, but looked fabulous. Highly recommend!

Great spot close to all the places we needed to go.

We were moving our daughter to GCU. This VRBO was in a great central location to the areas we needed to get to. It fit the five of us comfortably. The managers were great to work with when we arrived real late and I missed the door code email. Sorry for the late-night call. It will be our first search when we need to stay in Phoenix again.

Central Hub for Spring Training

Property was great for a family attending spring training. The location was secure and central to all the different stadiums we went to during our stay. BBQ/Pool/Spa were a nice refresher after being at the ballpark a good chunk of the day. Condo was clean and had the utensils necessary for us to cook breakfast and dinner each day. Deb was on top of it with check in, sending all the information ahead of time and was kind enough to allow us to drop off our bags early before going to a ball game shortly after landing. Would stay again!

The property was clean, nice set up room wise, management was communicative. The pool picture was a bit decieving as that is not the closest pool to the condo? Felt safe in the complex however, the nearby surrounding areas are not desirable however the price point is fair and fitting. Thank you

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and it was convenient to all of our activities while in Phoenix. Our only complaint was that each evening a strong marijuana smell filled the main bedroom and bathroom. We assume it was coming from one of the neighbors through a wall. We had to open the windows to allow it to air out before going to sleep.

Phoenix Stay

We stayed in this property from October 13 thru the 16th. It was very clean and was completely as shown on the rental site and it did not have any suppries. The management was easy to contact and got back to us very quickley. I would recomend this property for people who want to be able to get around the city as its location is very good and it's on20 minutes to the airport. We will be looking at renting this place in the future.
