  • MINUTES FROM THE 2023 WORLD SERIES AT CHASE FIELD! Enjoy this 1BR casita style home. Centrally located in Phx. Everything is brand new! Just finished reno. Walking distance from Children’s and Heart Hospitals of Phx. Easy 51 and I-10 freeway access. 5-15 min Uber to Downtown, Midtown, Uptown, Arcadia or Scottsdale and Old Town Scottsdale. Lots of great local restaurants and breweries near by.

    All inside unit is accessible and there is a private backyard

    Please remember, no smoking inside the premises. Feel free to smoke outside!

    Let`s be mindful of our neighbors and avoid hosting parties.

    We only accept dogs 40 lbs and below, and a maximum of 2 pets. Please be sure to pick up after your furry friends and dispose of their waste properly.

    No access to the mailbox will be given during the term of a Short Term Rental stay. Should a guest need to receive mail, the guest must open a PO BOX. It is okay to mail packages directly to the front door. The management company will not be responsible for any lost/stolen mail.
