Fabulous and cozy apartment conveniently located in Mesa, in a gated building. Fully furnished one bedroom with king bed, handicap accessible , closet, private bath, cozy living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped for light cooking. The living room features a TV with access to local cable. Visitors will also have access to the community pool (non-heated), spa, gym and clubhouse. Newly Renovated One bedroom apartment located in Mesa. It’s close too many amenities, including Spring Training, a family fun park, restaurants, Mesa Art Center, shopping and freeways. You can also enjoy the amazing Arizona weather at the pool just steps away. This room as recently been completely updated. The unit is laid out to comfortably sleep 4 in two beds. Guests will have convenient parking and be able to come and go as they please with the convenience of the self-check-in smart lock The whole unit is yours. This unit is part of a small and quiet complex with other vacation rentals. We have onsite parking within a gated complex. Driving is the preferred way of moving around the neighborhood. *Hohokam Spring Training Facility is less than 10 miles away! Several other spring training facilities within 20 minutes. *Walking distance to Starbucks , room also features a coffee maker. *Grand Canyon National Park - 4 hour drive We will always respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your stay. Dirty motel room
Floors were greasy and dirty. Our socks were black within minutes. Frying pan and pots were sketchy. Took over 8 hours for host to reply and only after two messages and lengthy chat with vrbo.

Do not book! Falsely Advertised the number of beds
Things that did NOT go well: -The listing was for two beds, which it clearly stated in both the description and showed in the pictures. When I arrived it was only one king bed. I had passed up all other bookings that only had one bed, because I needed two beds. The listing shows there’s not a couch/futon -When I messaged the host about this, they did not respond for over 24 hours. In their response, they said they had me down for one bed. I asked them how do you have me down for one bed when the listing I booked says it has two? I never have gotten a response from them now two days after I have left the property and my booking has expired. -Along with the slow and nonexistent responses from the host, I had to message them and ask them how to get into the property because I never received any instructions prior to my arrival in the area. -There is not a dishwasher in the unit -And elaborating more on the false advertising, it states in the listing that there is a game room with a pool table and such, but that is not open on weekends. It’s only open 9 to 5 weekdays. We got there and wanted to check out the game room at 4 PM on Friday and apparently they had closed early because it was completely locked up and we had no access. -The living room furniture is not very comfortable What went well: -The pool area is very nice as represented in the pictures. There is both a spa and a pool and the pool furniture was nice

Nice Pool area. The room is small but perfect if you are just using it as a home base to rest and take a shower after a day of activities. The grill in the pool area is nice. Perfect for 1 or 2 person trip. I was always gone hiking and site seeing so it was perfect for my stay.

Smoke Stinks
The first unit that I was assigned reeked of cigarette smoke, old stale cigarette smoke. Their initial solution was to put an air purifier in the unit to solve the problem, I refused this because I've been there before and they don't solve the problem. Eventually I was given a different room, which was fine. Any issues if had after that were handled by a local property manager that was very helpful, it was much easier than trying to communicate electronically with vrbo.

Actually, for the price, it was really a nice place.....the entire place was spotless, the bathroom we had was very clean, they provided liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner. The kicthen was full of utensils, you could certainly make your own breakfast...included was a fridge, microwave, coffee pot....they actually provided coffee, creamer, sugar. Full internet service was available and free wifi... the living room had 2 chairs, was very comfy and cozy, the beds are so extremely soft, fluffy, plenty of outlets to change electronics. My family and i noted that the cleaning staff was amazing, they are constantly cleaning and picking up stuff. On the outside of the apartment, you had a very beautiful jacuzzi, it was too cold to swim in the regular pool, however, it was maintained beautifully it also had a beautiful waterfall piece by the pool. It had barbecue grills if you wanted to use them. The gym had what you needed to get the job done, weights, tredmill, bike, and i think they had a elliptical machine. The rooms are non smoking, but dont worry, they had several designated smoking areas away from the units so not a problem there, the areas were always clean. It is gated, easy to park. I will say, it was extremely close to everything when it came to food and drinks. Burger king it 25ft away, walmart is less than a mile, starbucks and dunkin donuts were really close. They had every fast food and fine dinning establishments not to far away. Overall, 5 star stay...
