This is a new 1 bedroom 1 bath condo in a great Mesa location. It is a lower level - no stairs. Light rail is 2 miles away.

Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Grocery Store is around the corner. Fast food, Walgreens, Pizza, Taco Bell, Subway etc. all within walking distance.

Washer/Dryer inside unit

It is close to Bashas grocery store and lots of restaurants and shopping. US60 and 202 Freeways are nearby. Excellent location - great for CUBS and A's Spring training games and close to the lightrail. This location cannot be beat!

Free WIFI and DirecTV Satelite

This unit is fully stocked with everything you need. Full kitchen: refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Towels and linens plus beach towels for the pool.
