Nice rooms and very clean. My only complaint is the pool area. They don’t have the bar on the pool deck open or the TV turned on. You have to go down to the bar to get a drink or food.

Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport - PHX by IHG
It seems that I booked at the wrong time. I had prepaid for a King sized bed but was given two queen beds. I was told that the hotel was at 100% occupancy and my request could not be honored.
