Welcome to Sovann Haven, a bright and spacious two-bedroom apartment designed to feel just like home. Whether you’re visiting Phnom Penh for work, a family holiday, or a longer stay, you’ll have everything you need to relax in comfort.

The apartment features:
A spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom.
A comfortable second bedroom with a double bed, perfect for family or friends.
An additional bathroom for added convenience.
A fully equipped kitchen with all the everyday essentials for home cooking.
An open-plan dining and lounge area with a comfortable sofa.
A large private balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding after a day exploring the city.

During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire Level 2 apartment, including:

Two private bedrooms (one king bedroom with ensuite and one double bedroom)
Two bathrooms
Fully equipped kitchen and dining area
Open-plan lounge area with a comfortable sofa
Spacious private balcony
Washing machine

The apartment is entirely yours to enjoy, there are no shared indoor spaces.

Please note that the staircase leading to the apartment is shared with the apartment below (Kambuja Hideout).

Motorbike Parking: Complimentary parking is available for one motorbike inside the property.

Car Parking: If you’re travelling by car, parking can be arranged with our friendly neighbours for a small nightly fee (subject to availability). Please message us before your arrival for the current rate and to reserve a space.

Airport Transfers & Taxi Service: We can arrange reliable airport pick-up, drop-off, and transport around Phnom Penh with our trusted local driver. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to book this service.

Level 2 Apartment: The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessed via stairs, so it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Residential Neighbourhood: Sovann Haven is located in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Water & Electricity: Phnom Penh occasionally experiences brief interruptions to water or electricity. These are usually resolved quickly and are beyond our control, but we’re always available to assist if needed.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted on the balcony only. Please do not smoke inside the apartment.
