"Very spacious for an family of 8. Love the swimming pool on the roof, it's peaceful and quiet. The only negative I have is it kinda hard to find. The entrance is in the back in an alley way. But I did notice a few ant here and there. I would definitely stay there again, when I visit Phnom Penh ..."

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION
"When we arrived there was no record of our booking. This might we had to wait to be checked in by the unfriendly reception staff. We had to ask for water, toilet paper etc. Our room was not cleaned for four days. There was a horrible smell in the room and it smelt of cigarette smoke. The place needs ..."

"The property was old and dingy. Nothing really stood out about it. It was just OK. If all you need is a place to sleep you can't beat the price. I was a bit annoyed because I could not use my credit card to pay. I had to go to an ATM and get money which cost me additional money. The English of the front staff was not good so communication was difficult."
"I booked a reservation for White Mansion Boutique when I was kicked out of my quarantine hotel and needed to quickly find a hotel that accepts pets (cat). I received a warm welcome and was very pleased with the size and cleanliness of the room. I was impressed with the grand staircase and the feel of the hotel. The staff was very accommodating when I had to extend my stay until I could locate an apartment. The hotel was very quiet and the free breakfast was divine. In fact, I was so pleased with the customer service (and delicious breakfast) that I tried to patron Le Cafe once a month to show how much I enjoyed the place.
Fast forward one year...Unfortunately there was an issue with boarding my flight and I had to immediately find a hotel; nevertheless, White Mansion Boutique was the first on my mind. Even though I arrived at 11:30 pm I still received a warm welcome from the security guard. And once again, I had to extend my stay and they were nothing but accommodating. Really top notch customer service all around (hotel staff, cafe staff, cleaning ladies, security guard). I HIGHLY recommend a stay at White Mansion Boutique!!"
"Staff was very welcoming, common areas very nice, and buffet breakfast above par. Room was a bit disappointing, for example shower drained slowly and created minor flooding issue. Intended to extend our stay several days because overall location was good and staff very nice. However when we asked to extend for six or seven nights, but for a different room because of the disappointment with the current room, we we were told that could not be accommodated. This prompted us to at least try another hotel given we had more than a week remaining of our Phnom Penh stay. Turned out to be a good decision. "
