"This is a classic Maine ocean cottage. It's comfortable, nicely furnished, with a good kitchen and bath. It's rustic and fairly basic -- no dishwasher, no central AC -- but that's kind of the point. The beach is right there. Wonderful to have a dog friendly beach and the house is very accommodating ..."
