"Was there for a baseball tournament. Had to immediately change rooms due to the bed strongly smelling of urine. Staff didn’t even apologize. Just gave me the new room key and sent me on my way. The pool is small. People who were not hotel guests were following guests in after unlocking the doors and staying for the day and letting their families in. Random people were getting out of their car to see if breakfast was out yet. Breakfast not served early enough on the weekends go kids who have early games. Having the refrigerator was great. Beds were uncomfortable."

"DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. Im not sure where to even start. When you first make it to this hotel, the outside is littered with trash. For example, we seen boxes and bags piled everywhere, including a random toilet in the front. Now to the rooms, as soon as you walk in you are smacked with a suffocating smell. Almost as if they were trying to cover a bad smell up. It reeked of pinesol and cat pee. I took off my shoes as an normal person would and had to immediately put them back on. The floor was covered in some sort of a greasy substance (probably from all the cleaner they sprayed). The bed sheets were covered in stains and smelt like cigarettes despite being non-smoking. My first sight walking into the bathroom was roaches. They were in the toilet, around the toilet, and multiple around the tub. We later found more beside our bed. We booked two rooms because they could not accommodate for 6 people in one, this is understandable. Until we arrived and they had placed us on opposite sides of the building. We had 4 children with ages included. One positive about this place, it has a nice TV."

"The hotel was a convenient location for baseball families playing at the cal Ripken experience. That being said, the hotel and local restaurants get overwhelmed by players after the games on the weekends the hotel was for the most part very clean. The pillows were not good at all, but the bed was nice. Our air conditioning did not work upon checking in, but the service staff had it fixed very quickly. Great water pressure, and very hot water in the shower. The breakfast was above average for an included hot breakfast. The buffet was well stocked and maintained throughout our visit. This hotel is a great option for families and a very convenient location. It has some quirks and signs of wear, but nothing that would stop us from visiting again. The staff was very helpful and welcoming upon every interaction."
