This is a residential building that seems to offer vacant apartments as a hotel. With that comes residential behavior. Some floors smelled like cigarette smoke, some like marijuana. Really old hotel and definitely didn’t get a “clean” feel. Due to a prior water break, the water was brown coming out of the faucet. The sports bar had OK food but is was chaotic. Only one of the 3 elevators worked
