"Dirty noisy"

"Our room smelled strongly of smoke, one elevator was not working properly, and our toilet continued to run. It was not the worst stay, but it was not very enjoyable because of the issues we had. The breakfast was well managed by one hardworking employee, so that was a plus."

"We had a great stay. The house was very nice and exactly as described. Everything was clean and well kept when we arrived.The parking was perfect and made it very easy coming and going. The yard was also great and a really nice space to relax.Overall it was a very comfortable place to stay, and we’re planning on returning again in the future."

"Host was very helpful and welcoming. The location was great and I had no issues with parking. The room was beautiful and the shower was very nice. Air conditioning/heating was a big plus along with the smart tv in both the bedroom and the living room area. The kitchen area was very nice and has many options for cooking although I ate out for most of my stay inPhilly. Overall I would recommend this room!"

"The place was clean and spacious. Very roomy, my and my family stayed for 4 days and had a wonderful stay, pictures doesn’t do this place justice. All the towels and bedding are super clean and well put together. They do provide the essentials like shampoo and conditioner and body wash. They had all the kitchenette wear and provided some water bottles. They responded very promptly and quickly when I had questions . If you need a place to stay in Philadelphia this is the place it’s nice and quiet the neighborhood was quiet. I highly recommend staying here and if I ever come back this is the spot I will be staying at again. Thank you staff for a wonderful clean quiet stay. "
