John and Cecilia were very responsive to communications and accommodating to special requests. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub especially the grandkids! "

"The hot water was always only luke warm no matter what time of day we took showers. The first night we blamed it on our arrival time, but the next night and morning we took showers again and, again, the water would not get hot. It was cold like cool swimming pool water everyday, which was horrible. Also, a microwave in the room would be great!"

"The room had bed bugs. I tried calling the manager for a week straight every single day for a refund and he was either never in or avoiding me. I will continue to try. I only stayed over night and checked in late about 8pm just to sleep and check out the next day. I have pictures of me and my husbands legs with full of bites"

"There was a urine smell or somelike that. The jetted tub in room was not working. That was the reson why i booker that room. When asked they said they are not guaranteed to work becauee of hotel renovations. But the hotel looks like it has not been touched in years. "
