This beautiful four bedroom, two bath, 1750sqf home is located in an exclusive, upscale, quiet & peaceful neighborhood and it includes everything you need. The 4 bedrooms include beds for 10 people plus a a folding bed which very comfortable! This home can sleep a total of 11 people. It is fully furnished & equipped and has smart TV which can be used to watch Netflix and all cables channels in both living room and master bedroom, wifi and washer & dryer, Wood burning fireplace. High Ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. Home includes an amazing Sun-room to enjoy the sun light combined with a game-room to have some fun while home. House is babies friendly and includes a highchair and a crib \ Pack n' Play. Outside you will have huge backyard with a dreamy patio which includes games, BBQ, Cornhole and plenty of sitting area and a hammock & plenty of mature trees gives a park-like feel. You will have private parking spots plus plenty of parking off street. You can use the Neighborhood’s tennis court that is located a few minutes walking from the house. I can assure you will love it!

- You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard.
- There is a private patio to sit and relax with BBQ you can freely use.
- The garage is out of use yet you will have private parking for 2 cars plus plenty more off street.

This house is located in the northern part of San Antonio. Quiet and peaceful. You have all the necessary amenities right next to you in a walking distance such as shopping, gas, groceries, synagogue, church and all kind of restaurants. About 5 minutes drive to the famous Northstar shopping mall, parks and to the airport. 10 minutes drive to the Zoo, Botanical gardens and to the Medical center. 15 minutes drive to Six flags, Downtown & Riverwalk, Sea world and more. Perfectly located in the middle of everything!
Close to Loop 1604 and HW 281. Car is recommended and you can use Metro bus. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Popular nearby attractions are a short drive away.

You can use the keypad entry to access the home (I will send you the access code the day of your arrival). In the house i have a list of local recommendations so you'll be equipped with what you need to get around and get the best out of San Antonio during your stay! Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- The garage is not available as it is occupied by the owner at times. It is completely separated from the house with a private separated entrance, it is not shared with the house in any way and it is surrounded by a fence so you can rest assured to have complete privacy.
- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. Feel free to ask me about it.
