"Despite the booking confirmation saying check-in was open until 1900, we arrived at 1615 only to find it shut until 1800 - duh - nearly every other hotel I've stayed in welcomes guests from 1500 at the earliest...to compound the problem, I received a text from the hotel the evening after we had left telling us what the check-in times were! "Above average hotel and good for a stop over. The twin room was spacious and quiet, small bar but a couple of decent beers on tap with an outdoor space and a nice restaurant. Not much on the breakfast buffet but good quality. Would stay again"

Only downside is that bedding and towels attract an extra change - it's within the detail of the Hotel listing so important that you read fully and consider taking your own if appropriate."
