Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay here. We were given a horrible room to start with back of building No2 with no view.. We complained straight away and they moved us to building No1 Lovely room, Nice compy bed, great view We would stay here again.. The staff also booked our bus tickets to vung Tau. Thank you.

Dette hotellet var helt greit for en natt. 3-stjeners er nok riktig for dette. Renslighet vil jeg gi 6/10 med tanke på at sengesettet var ikke helt rent og det var litt skitten langs kanten inne på badet.

这次是第一次在好订网上面订购，就担心入住出问题，结果真的入住的时候卡了，说没有得到入住订单信息，但是明明已经订购成功付款了的，折腾了30分钟吧，总算说找到了入住成功了。 希望以后好订网的工作人员能和酒店工作人员确认好，不然影响入住是很头疼的事情，给旅行有不好的感觉。 不过后期酒店人员还是很好的，在那边住的蛮开心的，现金不够还给我们提供兑换的情况。 美奈是个好玩的地方，以后有机会会再去的。

실외수영장도 나름 좋고 깔끔한 느낌

그렇게 시설이 크진 않고 보케거리 미스터 크랩? 이라는 가게랑은 거리가 멀긴 했지만 근처에 식당도 많고 안락한 느낌이었다. 실외수영장은 생각보다 깊고 아침에 사람이 없어서 그런지 즐기기 좋았다!

Good area, relatively new hotel. Unfortunately, cleanliness was not up scratch even for the price. I wish the room door wasn’t glass so light wouldn’t shine through at night!

Good room, terrible service

Ok position on main drag. Room comfortable and clean. Service terrible. Had to ask over the 3 days that we stayed for them to clean the room. Each time they did not refresh water or toiletries until we asked. Nice girls at reception but spoke virtually no English.

Hôtel proche de la plage

Très bon hôtel, neuf et sobre. Personnel très agréable les chambres sont faite chaque jour. L'hôtel est très bien situé on a tout à quelques mètres (restaurants, supermarché). Pour aller à la plage il suffit de traverser le resort d'en face. Piscine très agréable après une journée plage. Hôtel très bien, a recommander

Отель в целом понравился. Чисто. Аккуратно. Просторные номера. Хорошее соотношение цена-качество. Вторая линия, но до моря идти минуты 3. Я бы рекомендовал данный отель. Однако есть и минусы - нет сейфа, нет фена, нет чайника и соответственно бесплатных чая/кофе как это принято во многих отелях. Уборка номера производится крайне нерегулярно, не попросишь - не уберут. Тоже самое касается бесплатной воды в номере. Кроме этого, при заселении забирают паспорт (!) одного из проживающих и хранят у себя все время проживания. Без этого заселять отказываются. Hotels.com отстранился и отказался урегулировать или как то объяснить этот странный факт.

Near new Hotel

Room was like new but hotel seemed to have few patrons. Walk across road to beach and plenty of places to eat and get what you need nearby. Incredibly cheap compared to resorts on other side of the road. No lifts but very comfortable. No real service required but managed to get my laundry done quickly and cheaply.

First impressions we're good value for money. The manager on the other hand has no business sense whatsoever, when using the pool facilities. I was told in a rude manner by hotel staff that I could only use for an 1hr. But the previous day some Vietnamese where there using it for at least 4hrs. When I asked why, because of the language barrier and a staff member who 'thpught' she could understand. I was told I was being Impolite.. Well I'm sorry for thinking that the pool was for paying guests. I probably paid more than the locals to stay there aswell. Anyway come Monday morning I was woken by extremely load banging at 7am. Not even 9am which would have been understandable as people have to work.. I would not recommend staying here unless your willing to come on holiday and conform to the managers way of living. Which I didn't fly almost halfway around the world to do. I would not recommend to any of my friends as they would shoot me on arrival back home. A truly helping experience even tho other aspects are value for money.. But the guy in the restaurant is very helpful as he endeavours to help in anyway he can. If it wasn't for him and his helpfulness and kind-heartedness. I probably would have asked for a refund of the days left and gone elsewhere.

Märklig vistelse

Vi hade bokat 4 nätter på detta hotell som till en början såg bra ut. När vi checkade in fick vi veta att hotellets restaurang serverade frukost från kl 7, något som visade sig inte stämma då hotellet inte hade någon restaurang. Hela hotellet kändes ofärdigt och när vi var där var fasaden täckt av byggnadsställningar. Rummen var fräscha och fina men vi fick inte städat hos oss alla dagar...städerskorna verkar ha fullt upp med att skrika i korridorerna från kl 6.30 på morgonen. Läget är helt okej men vill man ha en solstol på stranden måste man köpa in sig hos andra hotell. Överlag kändes hotellet lite märkligt och ofärdigt. Rekommenderar inte att bo här nu, kanske om ett par år när det är helt klart.

hôtel neuf aux prestations incomplètes

Hôtel neuf, tellement neuf que le restaurant n'est pas ouvert, donc pas de breakfast sur place. Chambres sur 2 étages sans ascenseur, porte d'entrée de la chambre en verre donc lumière assurée toute la nuit dans la chambre. Piscine froide car peu exposée au soleil, le pourtour est sale et glissant, quelques transats sous un hall lui même sale et glissant. Beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs lors de notre séjour (période du têt). Accès à la mer en passant par le resort qui se trouve en face de la rue. Sinon pour les produits de première nécessité dans les environs, par exemple couches pour bébé ou lait en brick et bien on trouve mais il faut chercher assez longtemps ( par contre si on veut se nourrir d'alcool pas de souci)

Brand new hotel in quiet area

The hotel is brand new so you get a clean room with huge bathroom and a balcony. The aircon works perfectly! The hotel is few meters to the beach and has its own pool of you don't dare to try Mui Ne's waves!
