"La première nuit, pas d'eau chaude. Les sanitaires sentaient mauvais. La deuxième nuit pas de chauffage? Beaucoup de progrès sont à faire pour améliorer le séjour du client?"

"The check in was good. Front desk has been helpful. The breakfast staff lady this morning was pretty crabby. If you are French you get to sit where you want. American not so much. Not helpful at all this morning. The gentleman at breakfast when we were done was nice. Breakfast itself was not very good. Most of the selection was not hot just warm at best."
