Ground floor: large living/dining room (insert fireplace), fully equipped open-concept kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer), half-bath with sink area and washing machine. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed), bathroom, separate toilet. Second floor: 1 bedroom (1 140-bed), 1 bedroom (1 130-bed), shower room. Cot. Enclosed courtyard with barbecue and patio furniture.
