Family house, perfect for family or friends gathering, in a quiet setting in Peymeinade. The pool, garden, terrace and summer kitchen (pizza oven, plancha and bbq) are entirely private — we rent only when we’re away. Close to beaches, Lake Saint-Cassien and the beauty of the French Riviera!

Please note that AC is only available in the living room of the main house, for the other rooms, fans are available in each bedroom.

The space
Welcome to our family house — a peaceful hideaway in the heart of Peymeinade. Enjoy the quiet setting while being just steps from shops, restaurants and local amenities.

🌿 The setting: a private garden with a large terrace and a 5 x 6 m pool just for you. The fully equipped summer kitchen (pizza oven, plancha, bbq…) is ideal for outdoor dining. All of this is complemented by a children's play area (playhouse and swing set).

Perfect for: family or friends.

The main house (170m²):
Ground floor: Large fully equipped kitchen, large living room with TV and internet, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

First floor: 1 master bedroom with an en-suite shower room. One child's bedroom with a single bed. One bedroom with a bunk bed (double bed on the bottom, single bed on top). There is also a shower room with a separate toilet.

Total sleeping capacity for 6 people.

The annex (a small independent house of 35m²):
Layout: A living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed (120cm wide, ideal for 1 adult or 2 young children), 1 bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a toilet and a bathtub.

Total sleeping capacity for 3 people (max 4 if 2 are children).

🌊 The region: a great base to explore the French Riviera: beaches, Lake Saint-Cassien, Grasse, Cannes, Nice and charming hilltop villages.

We only rent when we’re away, so the pool, terrace, garden and summer kitchen are 100% private during your stay.
