Lakeside garden was very restful and the swimming pool was clean and quiet. Very helpful and friendly staff who made us feel at home. The hotel's jetty for the boat services on the lake was very convenient.

Friendly staff, great food and wonderful details, such as kettle in the room, more than makes up for the slightly dated appearance. And there’s a public boat service running from the hotel jetty directly to the main square in Orta San Giulio - how convenient is that?
