Ótimo hotel, check-in rápido, quarto limpo e organizado. Sentimos falta do restaurante do hotel que funciona somente no café da manhã. Seria importante aumentar os itens vendidos na recepção como iogurtes, sanduíches leves e itens diets.

Toda a equipe foi impecavelmente educada, o quarto no estilo loft bem aconchegante.
Perto da TV há uma bancada de madeira que cabe duas pessoas trabalhando em notebooks.

Ótimo atendimento
Muito boa, mas a bomba de dreno do ar condicionado deveria estar com defeito, pois a água condensada do split vazava para dentro do recinto, inundando o chão. Nem pedi pra mudarem de aposento, pois eu estava muito cansado e acabei pegando no sono. No entanto eu avisei a recepção no check out

Ótima estadia
Um bom hotel para uma estadia comercial, ou se o objetivo for um evento externo ao hotel. Isso porque o hotel não tem nenhuma área de laser, como piscina, churrasqueira etc.
Mas o quarto é ótimo; é amplo, novo e limpo. O café da manhã é razoável, mas compatível com a proposta de uma estadia simples.
É uma ótima opção em Paracambi.

Hotel nao oferece restaurante.
O serviço é ótimo e os quartos sao limpos. No entanto a cama já está na hora de trocar e pra mim o pior de tudo: esse hotel nao tem restaurante, o que para viagens a trabalho é inaceitavel! Acordem Paracambi, infelizmente esse é o motivo de eu nao ficar mais aí.

Para la ciudad en que esta ubicada es muy buena opcion, sin embargo requiere dar una opcion de servicio a cuarto para las noches. Tambien mejorar y aligerar el proceso e check in y check out que es muy lento.

O hotel e agradável porem algumas situações foram ruins, o chuveiro demora a esquentar muito e estava bem sujo na saída da água, a toalha do quarto estava com mau cheiro, e não tem serviço de quarto pois fiz uma solicitação e tive que ir na recepção pegar e por sinal duas vezes que era a troca da toalha, a tv a cabo também foi um problema pois saiu fora do ar algumas vezes. O café da manhã e ótimo e a localização tambem.
