"We rented a pet-friendly apartment with a pool. We were given an apartment that contained sticky, incomplete dishes, extremely stained mattresses, unusable blankets, a non-functioning oven, a broken shower head, a dirty shower, very unkempt grounds, broken garden furniture, and green, diseased pool water.
