"Starting with the positive, this hotel truly shines when it comes to its proximity to the beach and local attractions. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. However, our recent stay was unfortunately marred by a series of issues that impacted our experience. In one of our rooms, we encountered a clogged shower and a broken air conditioning unit, making for an uncomfortable stay. The refrigerator was also noticeably dirty upon arrival. In the second room, the AC unit was leaking. These maintenance issues are simply unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Considering we booked this hotel specifically for its beach amenities, we were severely let down, for two out of our four days, the hotel ran out of beach towels by 10 AM, with staff unable to provide any estimate for when more would be available. Furthermore, the hotel's beach chairs were completely claimed by 5 AM every morning, forcing us to pay for external chairs daily. This completely negated one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel. To compound these problems, the hotel staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. When we brought these issues to their attention, while they addressed them, there was a distinct lack of empathy or urgency to resolve them. A more friendly and proactive approach from the staff would have gone a long way in mitigating our frustration. While the location is undeniably a major draw, the multitude of problems was notable. "We were very impressed with the hotel. Price range vs quality was amazing. The room we had was impeccable and we will surely return on our next trip in Croatia. Buffet breakfast very diverse and fresh, but dinner buffet expensive and average for our taste. Would recommand better and less expensive restaurant in the area less than 5 minutes walk with friendly staff. "

"Basic and very little at the site where we booked. Don’t be fooled the main Waterman site is 3km away! This is where all the activities and action happens! The 2 pools at this site are small and the beach is extremely rocky making it difficult to get into the sea. We ended up walking about 7miles per day to get to the port & amenities of the other location. Our room wasn’t cleaned once during our stay. Supetar is great, but this was too far out and too basic for us! "
