My husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary last weekend at The Highlands. At check in, we were given a glass of champagne. It was a nice surprise! The views were beautiful, food was great and the hot tub was so relaxing. We loved the conscience of nearby attractions and places to dine. We will definitely be back!

The condo was perfect except for the heat situation. It was not controllable so we actually slept with the doors open despite the fact that it was freezing out. Restaurant was good. People were super nice. Grounds were beautiful. Location was perfect for touring the area and shopping.

I was so happy with my families stay at “The Highlands at Harbor Springs!” Check in was warm and welcoming. Staff came to my car to unload ski boots and bags. Our room was beautiful!! A separate sitting area. It was snowing while we were leaving and the staff was getting the snow off of my car while I was packing the car. Very impressive service!!! My family will definitely be back!! Thank you!!!

The staff was amazing. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful. My kids unfortunately got a stomach bug while we were there. They set us up with another room to get some distance, brought my son a little care package and everything. They went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Always a great stay, very family focused/friendly with a daily (almost hourly) activity offering. We’ve been at the pool when they randomly show up with berries and ice cream for all the kids, or we were pleasantly surprised to find a family fest during our last stay with face painting, balloon animals, and themed treats for all the kids. That being said there are some needed updates around the property. They do have a plan for renovation that is ongoing. The rooms have been updated BEAUTIFULLY and feel like such a value-just be prepared for some really dated spots as well. Love staying here and will be back!

Liked that it was a spacious room and a good cleaning service. Not many restaurants, not much entertainment for kids specially on this long MLK week end. I truly expected a bit more for the excessive amount it costs. Practical to be in the hotel but no Waw effect at all . Left early and realized that on such a busy week end they did not shovel the heavy snow from the entrance early on... it was a strange feeling... It was just practical for us .Teenagers skied at nubsnob but the little one skied at the highlands.

Last minute deal!!

We booked as a "last minute deals". Given the first weekend in August in extremely busy - I was having trouble finding lodging. Price was more than ususally spend on hotels, we decided to splurge. Very happy that we did! The room was FABULOUS. Decorated very classy. I have never seen a bathroom as clean in any other hotel I've stayed at. Check in staff were AMAZING. Definitely will try to come back for a longer stay!
