"We just came from a wonderfull stay at this paradise. The service was at it finest, and the location to. We were so lucky, that the staff (Susanna) upgraded our room to a supirior, because there were one free. The room was so beautifull - the combination of wood, stone and “farm” style has sat an impression of us. You really need to experience this place. Both the location, but very much the service indeed. Incredible breakfeast, haven’t got anyting near this standard for the money before....

The receptionist's approach to the issue was not very nice, no apology and that I should have checked my messages, so it was my fault that I went to the hotel to check-in (?!). He reallocated us to a sister property with a lower star rating (Hotel do Paço by Vima Hotels) nearby which by the way was not...

"Great place and location! They do have paid parking for the hotel for 5 euro, but the staff told us there is a free parking lot, which typically has open spots. Both lots are a bit of a distance, but we parked in the free lot and walked for our whole time there. "
